The company currently has a strong focus on internationalization, particularly by building up its presence in the United States.

OneStream started developing and building the software in 2008, initially as an R&D company that transformed into an operational company in 2011. Currently the vendor has seven subsidiaries in the US and Europe with a total of approximately 120 employees, including 15-20 in R&D.

In the year 2000, the organization released its own performance management software, also called Prophix, recognizing the market’s need for innovative planning and reporting systems. Today, Prophix has more than 230 employees worldwide and over 3,000 customers in more than 100 countries, covering all company sizes and industries. Prophix customers mainly come from North America, while approximately 350 are located in Europe. The product is available on-premises and in the cloud.
