When looking at the big data technologies that companies are already using or planning to use for security, the divide between best-in-class companies and the rest of the crowd is quite clear. While the former utilize the whole spectrum of existing big data technologies, with the number of users of even the most innovative and expensive ones never dropping below 50%, laggards appear to not even be aware that some of these technologies exist.
